Hourly rate is available upon request. However, we recommend fixed hour rate because its valuable price.
If you have additional guest, please let us know. We will provide an estimation.
*The tour cost will be estimated based on the guide fee plus the charges of the specially arranged experience classes, food, transportation, etc.
*If the guide requires lodging expenses and transportation fee for the tour, the actual expenses will be included in the estimate.
What included & excluded the fee?
- Included: Japanese and English-speaking Guide, Tour coordinate Fee
- Excluded: Transportation, food and drink, activity fee & admission, insurance, private expense
Departure & Return
Pick up at your hotel lobby and return to your hotel lobby.
Please let us know if you prefer a different pick-up and return place. The guide will arrange your preference.
Tour Coordinate procedure
- Check the guide availability.
- Hearing your preference and provide tour plan.
- After confirming the finalized tour detail and estimate, we ask you to gain an acceptance for joining the tour.
- We will send you an invoice after confirming the availability of the guide and activities. Please make payment within 48 hours of confirming the reservation.
- After confirmed the payment, we start arrangement of a guide and tour.
Payment Method
- Payment method is Japanese yen by PayPal only.
- Please make payment at the time of booking. After confirming the payment, the reservation of the tour will be confirmed, and various arrangements will be started.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees will be 30% of the tour price from 30 days before the tour date, 50% from 14 days before, and 100% from 7 days before the tour date.
No refund after 7days prior to the tour date in case of cancellation.
For experiential activities, we will inform you of the actual cost depending on the course when you apply for the tour. In case of cancellation, a 10% service fee will occur for the refund.
Cut-off times are on （JST）Japan standard time.
Additional information
- Please contact us if your group is 4 or more people.
- The tour uses public transportation. Please contact us if you would like to tour by private taxi.
- Our company will not be liable for compensation for injuries and illnesses during the tour and Management of valuables, compensation obligation for loss or damage. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
- Please note that depending on the progress of the tour, you may not be able to visit the scheduled sightseeing spots, or the guide may decide to cancel the tour based on various circumstances.
- Pick-up from your hotel will be on the Yamanote Line in Tokyo. Additional charges may apply for other locations.
- Are there any foods or restrictions you cannot eat for religious or other reasons? If yes, please let us know what you can’t eat or can’t do to that?

Airport/Station Transfer Guide service (Up to 4 guest)
We provide a pick-up and drop-off attendant guide service for tour attendees from the airport or Tokyo stations to the hotel by public transportation or chartered taxi for the following rates.
Transportation costs will be responsible by the customer.

Tour itinerary consultation Service
If you request only a tour planning without guide service, we will provide a tour itinerary consulting service for creating your ideal tour. (Up t 4 guests)
- Service information: Creating a itinerary includes sightseeing spots, how to move and schedule. If you need a chartered taxi in the created itinerary, we will support a taxi reservation on behalf of the customer.
- Not eligible for service: A hotel, transportation (Aircraft, Train, Ships) and restaurant arrangement and reservation.
- Payment and Reservation: The payment and reservation will be responsible by the customer. (Excluding chartered taxis within the itinerary.)
