Q: Until when can I apply?
A: Applications are accepted up to seven days in advance, but we will respond according to the availability of guides, so please contact us using the contacts form for your desired dates and times.
Q: How does the tour coordinate procedure?
The tour plan provides in the following steps.
- Hearing your preference and interesting spots by pre-question sheet.
- Provide tour image and rough estimate based on pre-question.
- Modify tour plan by your feedback.
- After confirming the finalized tour detail and estimate, we ask you to gain an acceptance for joining the tour.
- Based on the finalized tour content, we will send you an invoice after confirming the availability of the guide and activities.
- After confirmed the payment, we start arrangement of a guide and tour.
Q: How are fees set?
A: The tour cost will be estimated based on the guide fee plus the charges of the specially arranged experience classes, food, transportation, etc. Please check the guide rate from here
Q: How will I know that my reservation has been confirmed?
A: We will reply within 48 hours regarding the guide’s status and whether or not you can participate in the experience class. Please make payment within 48 hours of confirming the reservation. Once payment is confirmed, we will contact you with the final confirmation.
Q: What payment methods are available?
A: Payment method is Japanese yen by PayPal.
Q: By when is it possible to cancel?
A: Tour guide cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance. However, cancellation fees will be 30% of the tour price from 30 days before the tour date, 50% from 14 days before, and 100% from 7 days before the tour date.
For experiential activities, we will inform you of the actual cost depending on the course when you apply for the tour. *In case of cancellation, a 10% service fee will occur for the refund.
Q: If the tour is canceled due to bad weather, etc., will the tour fee be refunded?
A: Yes. The tour fee will be refunded if the tour is canceled due to bad weather, transportation troubles or strikes, disasters, etc. Please check the cancellation policy detail from here

Q: ツアー依頼の手順はどのようになりますか？
A：以下の手順にてツアー手配を行います。
１．事前質問シートであなたのお好みや気になるスポットについてヒアリングさせて頂きます。
２．回答内容に基づいてツアーイメージと概算見積りを提供します。
３．フィードバックに応じてツアープランをアップデートします。
４．最終的なツアーと見積内容をご確認のうえ、ツアー参加のご承諾を頂きます。
５．最終化されたツアー内容に基づき、ガイドとアクティビティのご提供可否を確認後、請求書を送付します。
６．ご入金確認後、ガイド、アクティビティの手配を開始し、ツアー内容を確定させて頂きます。
Q：料金はどのように設定設定されます？
A：ツアー費用はガイド費用＋特別手配された体験クラス、お料理、移動費などの実費にてお見積りさせて頂きます。

Q：予約の確定はどのように確認できますか？
A：48時間以内にガイドの対応状況、体験クラスの参加可否についてご返信いたします。予約確定連絡後、48時間以内にお支払いをお願いします。お支払いを確認できましたら、最終確定のご連絡を差し上げます。
Q：お支払い方法はどのようなものがありますか？
A：お支払いはPaylPalで、日本円でのお支払いとなります。
Q：キャンセルはいつまで可能ですか？
A：ガイドツアーのキャンセルはツアー開始の24時間前まで可能です。ただし、キャンセル料金はツアー日の30日前からツアー代金の30％、14日前から50％、7日前から100％発生します。
体験型アクテビティはそのコースによってかかる実費をツアーお申込み時にお伝えします。
Q：ツアーが悪天候などによりキャンセルされた場合、ツアー代金は払い戻されますか？
A：はい。悪天候、交通機関トラブルやストライキ、災害などによって、ツアーがキャンセルとなった場合、ツアーの料金は返金されます。
